Terms & Conditions for Monthly Oracle Card Readings Subscription and One Card Readings. 1. Introduction By subscribing to the Monthly Oracle Card Readings service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This Service is provided by Ritual Therapies, offering spiritual guidance and intuitive readings for personal growth and reflection. 2. Subscription & Payment Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Wix. Payment must be completed before the reading is delivered. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation & Refunds section. Prices are subject to change, and subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price adjustments. 3. Service Delivery Readings are delivered via email and/or downloadable PDF (VIP and VIP Plus Subscriptions only) within 10 working days of your subscription. One Card Readings will be delivered within 48 hours of payment. The readings are intuitive and personalized but do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Clients are encouraged to use readings as a tool for personal insight and self-reflection. Readings may use Oracle or Tarot cards, either will be chosen intuitively. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account settings on www.RitualTherapies.co.uk. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Refunds will not be issued for already-delivered readings. If the service is unable to be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or credit may be offered at the discretion of Ritual Therapies. 5. Privacy & Confidentiality All personal information shared for the purpose of readings remains strictly confidential. Readings are not shared or repurposed without the subscriber's explicit consent. The Service complies with GDPR/Privacy Laws applicable in the UK. 6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability This Service is intended for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only. Ritual Therapies is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken as a result of the readings. The subscriber acknowledges that spiritual guidance is subjective and should not replace professional advice. 7. Modifications to the Terms These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically, with notice provided to all active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 8.
